Apple Health
Sleep and its stages, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and workouts — read on the device, kept on the device.
In development — private testing
Most training apps score you against a population. Soigneur scores you against yourself — then says what it found in a sentence you can act on this morning.
“Your sleep and heart-rate variability today look like they did on 14 July — the day you set your best 20-minute power. Form is climbing. If you were waiting for a day to go deep, this is one.”
What it reads
No new wearable, no new habit. Soigneur reads what your phone and your head unit already record.
Sleep and its stages, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and workouts — read on the device, kept on the device.
Import .FIT files from any head unit, trainer or platform that lets you export them. That is where second-by-second power lives, and it needs no account anywhere.
How you feel, and the things a sensor cannot see — illness, surgery, a fortnight off. Soigneur never guesses at these. It asks.
What it tells you
Plenty of tools will show you a chart. The work is in saying what the chart means for the ride you were planning today.
A score built from your own rolling baselines, never population averages — and every factor that moved it, named.
Days you actually produced something measurable: a power best, a season-high heart rate. Not route times, which the wind decides.
When your capability shifts and nothing in the data accounts for it, Soigneur says so and asks what happened — then remembers, so old bests are treated as a previous era rather than today’s target.
Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, hours, load and fitness — each with what the metric is, what your own direction is, and how much confidence the available history supports.
Where the claims come from
Every recommendation that rests on published work links to that work by DOI, inside the app, next to the thing it justifies. Where the evidence is thin, Soigneur says the confidence is low rather than rounding up.
Soigneur offers training information, not medical advice. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose anything. Talk to a doctor before making significant changes to training or diet.
Privacy
The analysis runs on the device. There is no account, no upload and no third-party analytics. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers — not now, not as a business model later.
Status
Soigneur is being built and tested privately on a real season of training data. It is not on the App Store, and there is nothing to buy. If you want to hear when that changes, or you have a question, the support page is the place.
