Terms of use

Last updated 2 September 2026

These terms cover your use of the Soigneur app and this website. By using either, you accept them.

Soigneur is not medical advice. It offers training information derived from your own data. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and it must not be used as a substitute for professional judgement. Talk to a doctor before making significant changes to your training or diet, and stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

What Soigneur does

Soigneur reads training and recovery data you give it access to, and presents readings, trends and suggestions based on your own history. Those outputs are estimates. They depend on the quality and completeness of the data available, and on assumptions that will not fit every athlete. Treat them as one input to your own decisions, never as instructions.

Your responsibilities

Connected services

If you connect an account such as Wahoo, your use of that service remains governed by that service’s own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, and a service can withdraw access at any time.

Availability and changes

Soigneur is in active development. Features may change or be removed, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; the current version will always be at this address, with its date.

Liability

Soigneur is provided as is, without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows. We are not liable for loss or injury arising from training decisions you make, for lost data, or for the acts of connected services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
