The short version. Soigneur is built so that there is nothing to leak. Your health and training data is read on your device, analysed on your device, and stored on your device. There is no account, there is no server of ours for it to go to, and we cannot see it.

What the app reads

Where it goes

Nowhere. The analysis runs on the device. We operate no server that receives your health or training data, so there is no copy of it for us to hold, lose or be compelled to hand over.

What we will never do

Apple’s rules for apps that read HealthKit require most of these. They are commitments we would make regardless.

Services you connect

When you link an account, the app is given a token that lets it read your data from that service. The token is stored on your device. Your data is fetched to your device and is not routed through us. Disconnecting a service removes its token and the data that came from it.

What that service does with your data is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.

Deleting your data

This website

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct and erase personal data held about you. It is worth being plain about what that means here: because we do not receive or store your health or training data, there is usually nothing of yours for us to produce or erase. If you email us, we will of course hold your message, and you can ask us to delete it.

Children

Soigneur is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes will also be surfaced in the app.
